Shievar Olegario is a Dubai-based motion designer who specializes in creating moving visuals across multi-channel platforms. He heavily experiments with digital manipulations, exploring various formats to weave new ways of storytelling. His films have been a recipient of awards from the Binisaya Film Festival and the Salamindanaw Asian Film Festival and have been screened in Cinemalaya (Philippines), the Cambodia International Film Fest, SeaShorts Film Festival (Malaysia), When The Apocalypse Is Over (USA), and the Criterion Channel.
